If you have a special request you'd like to inquire about, please instead notify us via our contact page. If we receive your request prior to your order processing and it is a request we are able to honor, we are happy to do so at that time.
We accept payment by PayPal, BPI bank deposit, BDO bank deposit, cash payment upon pick-up of order from our office. Please note that we charge for all items at point of sale rather than at point of shipment.
DAMAGED ITEMS/ORDER ERRORS
Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping and after installation (for wallpaper), it is possible to receive a damaged item. For this reason, it is important to open and inspect your items as soon as you receive them. Please notify us by sending a photo of the damaged item via our contact page within 14 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your item(s). We cannot replace damaged items outside of this time frame.
CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES
We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible and because of this the window for cancelling and changing orders is very short. If your cancellation or change of order request is seen prior to us processing your order, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund, but once it has begun processing we are no longer able to cancel your order.
PROOFING (for wallpaper only)
We provide a sample print of your chosen design on our wallpaper before production to ensure the quality of the wallpaper material and high resolution of the image. We will only proceed with production once sample is approved.
OCULAR AND INSTALLATION (for wallpaper only)
We provide installation for wallpaper. If you would like us to do an ocular of your wall, we charge P500 fee to be paid in cash during the ocular visit. However, this will be deducted from your total bill once an order is made for wallpaper.
